Spring Cover Sheet


1. Cotton Needled Felt Pads

We offer Soft and Hard Needled Felt Pads.

Soft Felts are widely used as a filling material and for quilting in Mattress and Furniture Manufacturing Industry. Other applications are used as an insulator, sound absorption, in foot wear industry for cushioning, as a packing material etc.

Hard Felts are extensively used as spring cover sheet in Spring Mattress Industry and Furniture Manufacturing Industry. This is a very good and cheap alternative for Thermo Bonded Hard Felt.

These felts are made from 100% virgin cotton off cuts and do not contain any chemicals in it. These are fire retardant as well. Range we can supply,

Density : 800 GSM to 1600 GSM (GSM - grams per square metre)
Thickness : 5MM to 15MM
Width : 2100 MM
Length : As per customer specifications in cut size or in roll form.

We also have Shoddy a semi finished product made from fabric off cuts. This is a mix of cotton, acrylic and wool fabric. Used as a raw material for Needled Felt Pads and in Furniture Industry as a filling material.

2. Rubberised Coir Spring Cover Sheets

The best spring cover produced with rubberized coir, which gives the required insulation & flexibility to the spring matters.

Ranges Available

Density: 600 g/m2, thickness 4 - 6 mm upward.
Density : 1000 - 1200 g/m2,
Thickness: 10-15 mm

3. Spring Top

A superior product for the same application, which gives higher comfort. Produced by pasting a thin natural latex foam sheet on top of the rubberized coir sheet.

Specifications

Density : Rubberized coir 80 kg/m3, Natural latex foam 75 kg/m3
Thickness : Natural latex foam sheet 2.5 cm pasted on top of 1-2 cm of rubberized coir sheet
Minimum thickness of Natural latex foam is 2.5 cm (1’’)
